Just happened on your posting. It was supposedly bought out by Canada Dry in 1928. I did a little research and found that Polar Beverages supposedly owns the trademark now. Did notice when I was in Shrewsbury that there was an old Chelmsford Dry building just off Rt 9 that has been used by Spag's (now Spag's-Bldg 19) for years. You may want to contact either the Shrewsbury Town Hall or Spags, they may be able to fill in at least that part of the history.

: i was wondering if anyone knew much about the olde chelmsford ginger ale factory. more specifically when it was erected and who ran it. i know there was a couple fires but i dont know when exactly and i dont know what happened to the company. any and all details would be greatly appreciated.

If the person posting this message left their e-mail address, we inserted some random characters to prevent spammers from harvesting their address.
